Trimmed development times by nearly 35%...
“Working with ilx has helped us trim our development times by nearly 35 percent. They are very responsive, easily accessible, and excellent in what they do.”
Our trusted partner...
“We met ilx under somewhat stressful circumstances when a previous vendor had let us down. We were somewhat gun shy. We needent have worried. Over the last 4 years, ilx has become our trusted partner in delivering our massive library of learning world wide. They collaborate so closely with us, and have immersed themselves so well in our culture that we now rely on them to produce programs and results with greatly reduced management on our part. They take such a high degree of ownership and responsibility that we simply could not meet our production schedules without them.”

John has twenty years of experience working with fast-paced, technology-driven companies to help them elevate their market status and deliver quality products. John entered the world of eLearning in 2003 as a favor to a friend, helping out on a large project. Soon after, he was hired as the technical manager for a leading government solution provider. During his time there, John became a leader in the SCORM community and spent two years assigned as a Principle Consultant to Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL), the government department responsible for creating SCORM. In this role, John sat on several technical working groups for SCORM, provided training for advanced SCORM usage, and developed training tools and materials to advance the use of eLearning standards in general across the community. John, literally, wrote the book on how to program using SCORM. You can download it here: https://goo.gl/8cIqqD. He also was contracted and worked with Adobe to develop the first SCORM 2004 templates built into Captivate 7.
In 2012, John met Christopher Goodsell. They hit it off on the first conference call and decided to join forces. Five years later, they have delivered hundreds of hours of eLearning to a variety of industries, including HealthCare, Oil and Gas, and K-12 education. Together, they focus on problem-solving and customer service. Their motto is "Customers Love Us" and every choice they make is with that end in mind.
Outside of work, John spends his time with his family: playing tennis, being his kids' Uber driver, and playing with his dog. John has bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Spanish Linguistics from Rice University.
